We use about a 1/2 LB of cherries to make one jar of our preserves! It's why it tastes homemade. Enjoy on toast, croissants, and rolls; add to muffin, scone, or pancake batter; heat and use in pastries, such as pies or cobbler; prior to baking, place a dollop on sugar cookies or chocolate cookies, brownies, or, use as the filling in chocolate truffles!
Our Tart Cherry Preserves are usually made using locally grown tart cherries.
