Here's a great opportunity to expand your culinary "chops!"
Join us at The Great New York State Fair on August 24th as culinary judge & chef, Billy-Brendan Ginty, teaches a free 30 minute course on “how-to” boost the flavor and nutritional value of your meals with fruit preserves.
The demonstration starts at 2 pm in the Art & Home Center and includes making Orange & Spicy Pineapple glazed salmon with brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. And if we’re lucky, Chef Ginty may even show us a tasty dessert or two!
There will be additional time for Q&A during and after the demonstration. Did we mention the Art & Home Center is AIR CONDITIONED? Take a break from the afternoon heat and watch some original recipes come to life.
